• All orders are shipped from Canada. 
• We ship to Canada & USA.
• All Lite-Link products are made to order. Please allow a two week lead-time for order processing. 

International Orders (USA only):
Any orders destined for the USA may incur additional shipping charges imposed by the courier and/or borders at the time of delivery to your door.

These charges may include:

• Import/Brokerage fees
• Local/National taxes and/or duty

We have no way to estimate these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer. Orders that are refused delivery due to unexpected additional charges can qualify for a refund (as per our refund policy), less the value of any shipping charges incurred by us to have the shipment returned to us.
